During my internship at RSHCE Foundation I watched colleagues split their attention between participating in meetings and scribbling notes. Key decisions were missed. Action items were forgotten. Every paid tool out there was either too expensive for a small organization or simply did not support Hindi which was a dealbreaker for us.

Most transcription tools either skip Hindi entirely or transliterate it into Roman script losing meaning in the process. I had to fine tune the Whisper pipeline and carefully engineer prompts so the LLM understood Hinglish context and still produced clean structured English output in the final document.

Hindi support was not in the original plan. I added it because I watched a colleague re listen to a recording just to understand what was said in Hindi. That one observation turned a decent tool into a genuinely useful one. This project taught me that the real skill is not coding. It is noticing.

When I joined IAC Patrons Foundation as an IT intern I found their website running on WordPress with a heavily customized theme that nobody fully understood anymore. Every content update required navigating through layers of plugins, page builders and theme settings. There were no AI tools in their workflow. Staff were doing repetitive manual work that could have been automated in minutes. The website was slow, hard to maintain and completely dependent on someone with technical knowledge being available.

Replaced WordPress entirely with a clean MongoDB, Express, React and Node stack built for performance and long term maintainability.

Integrated AI tools directly into their workflow to automate repetitive tasks, generate content drafts and reduce time spent on manual work.
The new site loads significantly faster, is fully responsive and has a clean codebase that any developer can pick up and continue without friction.
The hardest part was not the technical rebuild. It was making sure the staff trusted the new system enough to actually use it. The old WordPress setup, as painful as it was, was familiar. I had to design the CMS to be so simple that anyone on the team could use it on day one with zero training. Every UI decision in the admin panel was made with a non technical user in mind.
